History

Diafimis began in spring 2007. At the time, our company specialised in designing manufacturing facilities, and online advertising was rapidly becoming more effective than traditional promotion. Industry exhibitions were producing fewer results, so we asked our lead manager to find an advertising agency. After two weeks of research, none of the available providers met our requirements: some freelancers did not operate through registered businesses, while agency managers often lacked the necessary expertise. We therefore created our own in-house advertising team and asked the same manager to lead it. The new division was operating within a month and has continued to develop ever since.

Idea

The idea was simple: provide high-quality online advertising services. By the end of the first month, we had assembled a team and started work on projects for the company’s founders. By the end of that summer, the benefits were clear, so we began offering the service to other businesses. Our first clients were long-standing partners from the design industry who trusted Diafimis with their online presence.

Evolution

Our first clients saw clear results and recommended us to their partners, who in turn recommended us to others. The client base grew quickly. That growth gave us more data with which to analyse online advertising and make marketing investment more predictable and effective.

Today

Today, Diafimis develops analytical systems for forecasting and measuring advertising performance. Many long-standing clients continue to work with us whenever they launch a new project.
